This equipment is primarily designed for the filling of carbonated beverages, integrating three main functions: bottle rinsing, filling, and capping. It operates fully automatically and is suitable for filling PET bottles with carbonated juices, carbonated mineral water, cola, Sprite, and similar beverages. The machine exhibits strong adaptability to different bottle shapes, allowing for quick and easy adjustments when switching bottle types.

The filling system employs the isobaric (pressure-equalizing) filling principle, ensuring fast and stable operation, precise liquid levels, and sufficient carbonation. The entire machine is controlled by a high-quality programmable logic controller (PLC) for automated operation.
