Water Treatment System
It is applied for the production of pure water, mineral water, beverage’s product water and process water. It is mainly composed of the following equipments: pre-treatment system (multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, micron filter), membrane separation system (Ultrafilter, nanometer filter, RO system), sterilization system (UV sterilizing, ozone mixing) and so on.

Product Introduction
Step 1: Primary Pretreatment (Quartz Sand Filter)
Utilizing multi-layer quartz sand filtration, this stage effectively removes sediments, silt, manganese, colloids, mechanical impurities, suspended solids, and other harmful particles larger than 20 microns that pose risks to human health.
Step 2: Secondary Pretreatment (Activated Carbon Filter)
The activated carbon filter eliminates color, odors, certain chemicals, and microorganisms from the water, while also reducing dissolved substances, pesticide residues, and other harmful contaminants.
Step 3: Tertiary Pretreatment (Sodium Ion Exchanger)
Sodium ions bind with calcium and magnesium ions to form precipitates, which are then filtered out, effectively softening the water.
Step 4: Final Pretreatment (Precision Filter)
This unit ensures that the water entering the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane has a particle size of less than 0.1 microns, further purifying fine particles and preventing clogging of the RO membrane in the next stage.

Quartz Sand Filter
The quartz sand filter removes suspended particles and colloidal substances, effectively reducing water turbidity.
Activated Carbon Filter
Eliminates pigments, odors, and microorganisms while partially softening the water.
Sodium Ion Exchanger
Removes calcium and magnesium ions to achieve water softening.
Precision Filter
Ensures that water entering the RO membrane has a particle size of less than 0.1 microns.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) System
The RO unit purifies water by utilizing the pressure difference across a semi-permeable membrane. Operating at a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure, it allows only water molecules to pass while blocking dissolved salts (removing 97%), colloids (99%+), microorganisms, and organic matter. This system offers high water quality, low energy consumption, zero pollution, simple process, and easy operation, making it the ideal choice for producing purified, high-purity, and ultra-pure water.
UV Sterilizer
Uses ultraviolet light to kill bacteria and viruses that may bypass the precision filter.
Ozone Disinfector
Employs ozone sterilization to eliminate any bacteria that might survive UV treatment.
