This equipment is primarily designed for the filling of carbonated beverages, integrating three main functions: bottle rinsing, filling, and capping. It operates fully automatically and is suitable for filling PET bottles with carbonated juices, carbonated mineral water, cola, Sprite, and similar beverages. The machine exhibits strong adaptability to different bottle shapes, allowing for quick and easy adjustments when switching bottle types.

The filling system employs the isobaric (pressure-equalizing) filling principle, ensuring fast and stable operation, precise liquid levels, and sufficient carbonation. The entire machine is controlled by a high-quality programmable logic controller (PLC) for automated operation. The bottle conveyor system uses a variable frequency drive (VFD) for speed adjustment, enhancing stability and reliability. Each section is monitored by photoelectric sensors, further improving automation and ease of operation.

Additionally, by replacing the filling unit, the filling mode can be switched between low-pressure vacuum filling and isobaric filling. This equipment is an excellent choice for beverage manufacturers.
